Job Title: Telesales – Overseas Placement (European Countries)

Location: Harinagar, Konanakunte, Bengaluru (Candidates must reside within 10 km radius)

Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + High Incentives

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Languages Required: English, Hindi, Kannada (Fluency mandatory)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telesales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential candidates for overseas placement opportunities in European countries. This role demands excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and language fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact 80-100 candidates daily via phone using the provided data list.
• Explain and communicate the benefits and opportunities of the overseas placement program clearly to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure understanding of the offer and readiness to proceed.
• Assist candidates in completing initial payment to confirm their placement seat.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, follow-ups, and confirmations.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for candidate confirmations.
• After successful completion of the overseas placement project, support other ongoing business processes and assignments as directed.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is mandatory.
• Must be located within a 10 km radius of Harinagar, Konanakunte, Bengaluru.
• Age below 40 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
• Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Result-oriented and highly motivated with a willingness to meet and exceed targets.
