Telesales Advisor(Amritsar , Punjab)

A Telesales Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers over the phone. Key responsibilities include:

• Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to potential customers to inform them about products or services and persuade them to make a purchase.
• Lead Generation: Identifying and generating new leads through research, data, or referrals.
• Product Knowledge: Staying well-informed about the product or service being sold to effectively answer customer questions and handle objections.
• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company.
• Handling Objections: Addressing customer concerns and objections in a professional and persuasive manner to close sales.
• Updating Records: Accurately recording customer information, sales, and other relevant data in CRM systems.
• Cross-selling and Upselling: Recommending additional products or services to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Customer Follow-up: Following up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and to maximize sales opportunities.
• Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,045.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
