Job Description

Telephone Sales Representative

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products/services and generate quality leads
Follow up with interested customers and close sales
Update and manage customer details in CRM software
Track call activities, leads, and follow-ups using CRM
Maintain daily call reports and sales data
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries in a professional manner

Skills Required:

Good communication & convincing skills
Experience or basic knowledge of CRM tools
Basic computer knowledge
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
