About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join Kotak Bank’s customer support team. This role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Assist customers with banking-related queries and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering clear and effective communication.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance.
• Update systems with accurate customer information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream).
• Communication: Good communication skills (Versant Level 4 required).
• Experience:
• Freshers: Eligible with good communication.
• Experienced: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.

Salary Details

• Graduate Fresher (Versant 4): ₹16,750 (Take Home).
• Graduate with 6+ months experience (Versant 4): ₹18,000 (Take Home).

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
