The Tele Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling franchise
enquiries, generating new leads, and engaging prospective partners throughstructured outbound and inbound calling. The role involves explainingfranchise opportunities, sharing relevant information, maintaining accuratelead records, coordinating appointments for the sales team, and ensuring asmooth follow-up process. The executive will also support customer queries,contribute to marketing initiatives, and uphold the brands service standardswhile achieving daily and monthly calling targets.

About the Role:
Lead Generation && Follow-Up Make outbound calls to potential franchise prospects and maintain a strong follow-uppipeline. Explain franchise models, investment details, and benefits to interested leads. Capture lead details accurately in CRM/lead management systems.Sales Support Schedule appointments and meetings for the Franchise Sales Team. Coordinate with leads to collect required documents and support onboarding activities. Share brochures, presentations, and required information with prospects.Customer Interaction Handle inbound queries related to franchise, outlets, products, and brand offerings. Maintain professionalism in all interactions, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Guide callers regarding store locations, product details, events, and offers.Communication && Coordination Work closely with the State/Zone team to update lead status and progress. Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share with reporting managers. Escalate high-potential leads to the Sales Head for immediate follow-up.Performance && Compliance Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. Maintain confidentiality of franchise and customer information. Follow standard scripts, call processes, and company communication guidelines.
Experience Required:
13 years of experience in Tele Marketing / Telecalling / Customer Support / LeadGeneration. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, or Franchise Sales will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
