Location: Kolkata, Near CC2
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 Days Working (Sunday Off)
Salary: 14,000 to 18,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and pitch services to potential clients
• Achieve daily targets by scheduling the qualified appointments
• Handle objections and convert leads effectively
• Manage lead database and follow-ups using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales team for smooth handovers

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of tele-calling/sales experience
• Strong communication and convincing capabilities
• Fluent in any 3 languages out of: Bengali, English, Hindi, Odia
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
• Target-focused and motivated mindset
