Telemarketing Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and responsible person to join our team as a Telemarketing Consultant.

The Telemarketing consultant will be responsible for generating leads,promoting products or services,and driving sales through telephone calls and online communication channels.The role involves identifying potential customers ,understanding their needs and providing suitable information to convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Strategy:

Oversee a team's sales targets and activities,including planning and training.

Develop sales strategies, manage budgets and analyze sales data.

2.Team management:

Recruit, hire, train, and motivate telemarketing staff.

Set and monitor individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.

Conduct regular meetings to provide updates, share best practices, and offer training.

Create a positive and collaborative work environment

Salary shall be commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Part-time
