You will be responsible for effectively describing the company's services and providing introductory details to prospective customers. Additionally, you will address inquiries from customers regarding the services offered, ensuring that they receive comprehensive information. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain meticulous records of contacted customers and respect the preferences of those who opt out of future communications. - Conduct follow-ups with previous customers to explore potential sales opportunities. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions for reference and analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Fluency in English. - Willingness to work night shifts. - Ability to commute to Kurukshetra, Haryana or willingness to relocate before starting work.
