Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Meerut. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, promoting and selling products, maintaining customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves communicating effectively with customers, understanding their needs, and offering relevant solutions to meet those needs.

• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service
• Strong Sales abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Excellent ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
