Telehealth Operations Associate

About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Telehealth Operations Associate to join our Health & Wellness team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our telehealth services—connecting patients with doctors, managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and supporting internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of telehealth services end-to-end

• Coordinate with doctors, clinics, and vendors to ensure timely consultations

• Monitor appointments, resolve operational issues, and ensure a seamless patient experience

• Track service metrics and share regular performance reports

• Collaborate with internal teams (tech, customer success, product) to improve workflows

• Respond to escalations and provide timely resolutions

• Support new initiatives and pilots under telehealth

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/operations/telehealth coordination

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic dashboards

• A problem-solver with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
