Your main focus will be on building customer relationships by understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and providing solutions to overcome any objections. In this role, you will need to navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently while interacting with customers and processing their orders accurately. As a candidate, you should have a qualification of 10+2 or Any Graduate, with excellent English communication skills. This position is open to both graduate freshers looking to start their career in international sales and experienced individuals in BPO sales. Strong English communication skills and the ability to work comfortably in night shifts are essential requirements for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform inbound calling with a focus on providing excellent customer service to wireline residential customers. - Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. - Utilize a solution-based selling approach to overcome customer objections by listening, understanding, probing, and recommending. - Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently while interacting with customers. - Process customer orders accurately and ensure completion. - Participate in continuous training sessions and share best practices with the team.
