Telecaller – Real Estate Product Sales

We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Telecallers who have experience in real estate product sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills to engage customers and convert leads into site visits or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in residential/commercial projects
• Explain project details, offers, and company services confidently
• Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly
• Maintain a database of leads and update CRM tools
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign success
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate telecalling or telesales
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Good command of English and local languages
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of construction/real estate terms is a plus
• Strong presentation and follow-up skills
