Position Overview

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services and offerings.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our database.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help improve our services.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in telecalling and sales.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Telecaller position should possess the following qualifications:

0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or related fields, preferably in real estate sales.
Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
