Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads, following up on potential clients, and booking appointments for field sales teams. Customer Interaction: Handling inbound calls to address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Sales Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and persuade customers to make purchases. Relationship Building: Building positive relationships with both existing and potential clients. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a database or CRM system. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to team performance. Follow-up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain contact.
