📢 We’re Hiring: Telecaller – E-commerce (Full-Time) We are looking for a professional and fluent English-speaking Telecaller with experience in customer handling and sales for our e-commerce business. 📍Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi 💰Salary: (Based on experience) 🕒 Experience Required: Minimum – 1 year 📅 Joining: Immediate Preferred Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Build and maintain strong customer relationships Convert leads into orders through effective communication Provide product information and support for order-related queries Follow up on pending leads, abandoned checkouts, and inquiries Maintain records of conversations and update CRM/Excel sheets Requirements: Good command of English and Hindi (spoken & written) Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or e-commerce sales Confident and polite speaking skills with a sales-driven approach Basic knowledge of computer, WhatsApp, Excel, etc. Should be target-oriented and self-motivated
