Telecalling Executive ( Real Estate )

Job Description We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive for our Real Estate team who can handle inbound and outbound calls, understand customer requirements, and schedule site visits. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead sources (Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing, etc.) Explain project details clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable property options. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain daily call logs, lead updates, and follow-up reports. Build and maintain positive customer relations. Meet daily/weekly call targets and site visit targets given by the company. Follow communication scripts and company guidelines. Required Skills:Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi). Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach. Basic knowledge of real estate will be an added advantage. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Good at follow-up and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM). Qualification:Minimum Graduate preferred.
