💼 About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and sharp-minded team member who can handle daily telecalling + walk-in lead conversion. If you enjoy speaking with people, following up, and closing deals — this role is for you. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Make regular follow-up calls to incoming leads (driver onboarding, business inquiries, DCO program) Clearly explain MSW’s offerings over the call and in person Maintain proper call records, follow-ups, and update daily status sheets Handle walk-in clients at the office and pitch our services confidently Coordinate with field/operations team for final onboarding Assist in basic lead response via WhatsApp or SMS ✅ Requirements: Fluency in Hindi & Marathi (basic English preferred) Good communication & persuasion skills Should be confident, target-oriented, and presentable Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp Business usage Experience in telecalling/sales roles preferred but not mandatory 🔍 Looking for Someone Who Is Serious about long-term growth Ready to learn and take ownership Comfortable working in a team-driven environment
