Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and inbound calls to existing customers. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Scheduling appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls at once. Looking for candidates with good convincing skills and positive approach. Responsible for selling product or service and answering customer queries over the phone. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with bachelor degree. Basic computer knowledge. Good communication skills. Proficient in Tamil and basic English knowledge.
