Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products * Explain the features and benefits of the Products offered by Company * Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns * Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions * Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion * Keep accurate records of calls and customer details in the CRM system * Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure successful closure of deals * Generating new leads through telecalling process * Maintaining reports and finding new ways to increase potential customers * Adaptability to make multi tasking And potential to work In team Work. Requirements: * Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to convince and persuade customers effectively. * Strong negotiation and objection handling skills. * Target-driven and self-motivated individual. * Any Degree is a must. * Female candidates preferred. * Immediate Joiner's are preferred.
