Telecalling Executive (IT Background)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive with an IT background to connect with potential clients, explain IT products and services, and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Introduce and explain IT products and services clearly and confidently
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

What We're Looking For:

• Educational background in IT or Computer Science (BTech/BE in IT, BCA, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science)
• Strong English communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, products, and services, and related terminology
• Freshers are welcome; full training will be provided
