Job Title: Telecaller Location: A-90, Sector-4, Noida Shift: Day Shift Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Vacancies: Multiple Training: Provided to all selected candidates Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our growing team. This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products or services, and assisting customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities: • Make and receive calls to/from customers. • Provide product/service information to potential and existing clients. • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. • Follow communication scripts and guidelines. • Work closely with the sales/support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills: • Basic proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle calls efficiently and professionally. • Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
