ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY – 1. Assist client in opening Demat and trading account by guiding them through the documentation process. 2. Educate potential customers about the benefits of Demat accounts and brokerage services. 3. Handle client queries related to account opening, documentation and other operational aspects. 4. Ensure timely follow up with client to complete the account opening process. 5. Coordinate with internal department for smooth processing of account applications. 6. Maintain records of customer interaction and account openings status. 7. Assist in cross-selling financial product like mutual funds, SIPs and insurance if required. REQUIREMENT- 1. Graduation are required. 2. Good communication skill 3. Immediate joiners are required. 4. Strong knowledge of stock market or Demate accounts. 5. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.
