Telecaller/sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales/Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain customer records in CRM/database.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Self-motivated, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
