Telecallers / Telecounselor for Education Institute

Location: South Extension, New Delhi (On-site)
Type: Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives (Performance-based)
Experience Required: 0 to 3 years in Telecalling / Telecounselling

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students based on leads from websites, walk-ins, and campaigns.
• Counsel and guide students regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Schedule demos and follow up regularly to ensure walk-ins and conversions.
• Maintain and update inquiry records and call status on a daily basis.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission goals.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to improve communication flow.
• Handle objections, build rapport, and create a positive experience for every inquiry.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in Telecalling / Telecounselling (preferably in education or training industry)
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confidence, politeness, and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage time, targets, and multitasking effectively
• Basic knowledge of computer operations: MS Office, WhatsApp Web, email
• Female candidates preferred (as per office requirements)
• Freshers with good communication may also apply

Compensation & Growth

• Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
