Telecallers Required

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to connect with potential clients, introduce our products/services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain product/service features, benefits, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
• Identify customer needs and qualify leads based on set criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM/Excel.
• Follow up with interested leads to move them further in the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and share qualified lead information.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Good listening skills and persuasive ability.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
