Role Objective

To generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls, explain interior design services, and schedule client appointments for the sales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and walk-ins
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about interior services, packages, and pricing
• Understand customer requirements (home size, budget, timeline, location, etc.) and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments and site visits for sales executives/designers
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into site visits or consultations
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-conversion targets
• Provide basic information about design concepts, materials, timelines, and offers
• Handle customer objections professionally and build interest in services

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication skills (English, Telugu/Hindi preferred)
• Pleasant phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude
• Basic understanding of interior design or real estate sales (added advantage)
• Ability to handle objections and close appointments
• Target-oriented and self-motivated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
