Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Sales (Female Candidates Only) Company: Vihan International Location: Paldi, Ahmedabad Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview:Vihan International is seeking an experienced and dynamic female Telecaller to join our team in Paldi, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales, specifically in the loan or financial services sector. The primary responsibility will be to sell personal/business loans over the phone and generate leads for our financial products. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products. Explain loan features, eligibility, and benefits clearly and confidently. Follow up on leads, manage inquiries, and maintain proper follow-up records. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge. Build rapport with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Record call details and update CRM system regularly. Requirements:Female candidate only (as per company policy). Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales (loan or financial products preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
