Job Description

As a Telecaller / Student Counsellor at Vaidehi Education Ventures in Pune, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries. You will be responsible for explaining our educational services such as DMIT, Career Counselling, and Overseas Education to potential students. Additionally, you will need to maintain regular follow-ups with both students and parents, as well as keep call records and generate reports. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries. - Explain educational services offered by the company (DMIT, Career Counselling, Overseas Education, etc.). - Maintain follow-up with students and parents. - Keep track of call records and generate reports. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. - Basic computer knowledge. - Previous experience in telecalling or counselling preferred. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
