Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and maintain excellent client relationships.
Follow up on quotations, leads, and ensure timely client responses.
Manage and nurture leads generated from different e-commerce platforms and marketing sources.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in
telecalling, B2B/B2C marketing
, or
client coordination
is preferred.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and organised approach to work.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google)

We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented designer (male or female) who can deliver quality results consistently.
