Telecaller (Telugu Speaking)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Offs: 1st and 2nd Saturday off, all Sundays off
Experience: Fresher (Welcome)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Telugu and Hindi
• Clearly explain company products/services and address customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow up with interested customers and update calling status
• Handle customer objections and pass leads to the sales team if required
• Prepare and maintain daily activity reports
• Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction

Required Skills:

• Must be fluent in Telugu and Hindi (both languages are mandatory)
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic knowledge of customer service or sales is a plus
• Confident and polite speaking manner
• Willingness to learn and work in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
