Telecaller (Telugu & Hindi Speaking) – Fresher

Company: Matrix Trading Tech Location: Raipur Position Type: Full-time Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Week Offs: 1st and 2nd Saturday off, all Sundays off Experience: Fresher (Welcome) Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers in Telugu and Hindi Clearly explain company products/services and address customer queries Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information Follow up with interested customers and update calling status Handle customer objections and pass leads to the sales team if required Prepare and maintain daily activity reports Ensure excellent customer experience in every interaction Required Skills: Must be fluent in Telugu and Hindi (both languages are mandatory) Good verbal communication and active listening skills Basic knowledge of customer service or sales is a plus Confident and polite speaking manner Willingness to learn and work in a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
