Telecaller & Telemarketer

Role Overview: As a telecaller and telemarketer focusing on international clients, your role will involve making outbound calls to potential clients and leads in the USA. You will also handle inbound wellness inquiries with professionalism and empathy, and explain our services clearly and persuasively. Your aim will be to convert prospects into appointments and sales while maintaining accurate records using CRM tools. Collaboration with the internal wellness and sales teams will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
