Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls to customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or appointments. You will be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
• Follow-up with interested customers and maintain good relationships.
• Handle queries and solve customer issues politely.
• Maintain proper records of calls and feedback.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and stay positive.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage).
• Language fluency in [Tamil/English/Hindi as per your company].

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Any Degree.
• Experience preferred but freshers can also apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer care, or sales is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
