Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents
Explain course details, admission process, and benefits
Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, or emails
Follow up regularly with interested leads
Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
Maintain accurate call and admission records
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Tamil , English and Hindi preferred)
Confidence in phone conversations
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
Prior experience in education/counseling is a plus
Target-oriented mindset
