Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Fluent English Speaker) Location: Kasna Greater Noida Job Description: We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking candidate for international calling. The ideal candidate should be smart, well-spoken, and comfortable communicating with overseas clients through phone and email. Responsibilities: Make and receive international calls to potential clients and partners. Clearly communicate company services and maintain a professional tone at all times. Handle client queries, follow-ups, and maintain call records. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and lead handling. Requirements: Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written) — must be fluent. Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls. Basic knowledge of Excel and email communication. Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling (preferred, not mandatory). Ability to work independently and meet targets.
