Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote solar products & services.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintain detailed call records, follow-ups, and lead status updates.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Follow up with interested leads to ensure timely conversion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling/telesales (solar industry experience is a plus).
• Languages: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar products (training will be provided).
• Positive, energetic, and target-driven mindset.

Education

• Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
