Job Title: Telecaller – Sales (Solar Company)

Location: Rasulgarh, Bhubaneswar
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years in Telecalling or Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller – Sales to join our dynamic team in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in telecalling or sales and must be fluent in Hindi and English. The role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting solar products and services, and generating leads or appointments for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain solar products and services.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication and support.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/telesales (experience in the solar industry is a plus).
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (English proficiency preferred).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy products (training will be provided).
• Ability to handle objections professionally and stay motivated.

Education:

Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
