About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives / Telecallers who are eager to start their career in sales. This role involves engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through effective telecalling and follow-ups. Ideal for freshers or individuals with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation.
Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
Maintain a database of leads and prospects in CRM/Excel.
Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and feedback promptly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Share client feedback with the sales/marketing team for improvement.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage.
Strong verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
Basic knowledge of MS Office
