Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals as required. Set up welding machines and select appropriate parameters (voltage, wire feed, shielding gas). Inspect and measure completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications. Grind, polish, and finish welded joints as needed. Maintain welding equipment in proper working condition. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Requirements: Proven experience as a MIG Welder (minimum [2-5] years). Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings. Knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certification in welding (preferred but not mandatory).
