Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to engage with potential clients over the phone and promote our online advertising services. The ideal candidate is confident in voice-based selling and capable of converting leads into active clients through structured follow-ups and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce advertising services.
• Understand business needs and offer suitable ad solutions.
• Share package details, handle objections, and support deal closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead tracking, call notes, and status updates.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets for outreach and conversions.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in telecalling or voice-based sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confidence in explaining services and handling client interactions.
• Basic understanding of digital or online advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured follow-up systems.
