Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced – Print Media & Advertising Industry) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Office-based only (No Work from Home) Job Description: We are seeking a Telecaller with a minimum of 1 year of experience , preferably in the print media or advertising industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for client outreach, lead follow-up, and supporting the sales and marketing team through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in the print media and advertising sectors. Explain services, advertising packages, and promotional offers clearly and confidently. Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and client interactions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
