Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and generating leads for our wholesale safety products while also supporting office operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordinator & Telecalling: ● Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Milan Safety products. ● Generate leads through IndiaMART, cold calls and follow-ups calls. ● Respond promptly to inquiries shared by other sales personnel, take client details, identify their requirements, suggest appropriate products, and send quotations. ● Close deals and coordinate with clients for site visits or product demonstrations. ● Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM/sales tracking sheets. Office & Operational Support: ● Assist in day-to-day office operations, including documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments. ● Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on shared leads and ensure timely communication with clients. Salary & Commission: ● Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹18,000 per month. ● Visit target incentive Probation Period: ● 3 months. ● Candidates are expected to consistently achieve the monthly visits target by the end of the probation period.
