This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Thrissur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, providing information about our educational services, and answering any inquiries. The role also involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate call records, and providing excellent customer service. Coordination with the marketing team and supporting other administrative tasks may also be required.
