Job Description:

Leom International, a leading name in immigration consulting, is seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate must have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in the immigration industry and a strong command of communication and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries related to immigration services.
• Explain immigration processes and visa options clearly and professionally.
• Convert leads into walk-ins and appointments for counselors.
• Maintain records of telephonic interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the counseling and documentation team to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling within the immigration sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily/monthly targets.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling).
