About the job: Job description: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our EdTech sales team. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, explaining course offerings, and convincing them to enroll in training or upskilling programs. Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential students from the provided database. 2. Explain course details, benefits, and career outcomes. 3. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions. 4. Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes. 5. Handle student queries and provide accurate information. 6. Work closely with the admissions team to achieve targets. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus). Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Experience in telesales, BPO, or EdTech is an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
