Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. Whether you are a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience, if you have excellent communication skills in English and Tamil, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database. Explain property-related offerings clearly and persuasively. Schedule site visits and follow up with leads regularly. Maintain detailed records of calls and lead status. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil is a must. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus. Self-motivated and target-driven. Ability to handle pressure and meet daily call targets. What We Offer: Competitive base salary of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
