Telecaller – IT Services

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our growing IT company. The role involves reaching out to businesses and clients to introduce our website development, digital marketing, mobile app, and software services, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing clients to inform them about our IT and digital services.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
• Follow up with clients for feedback and future opportunities.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,440.07 per month
