We are hiring a Telecaller for Investor Home Solutions to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads, and explain our real estate offerings to prospective clients. The role involves maintaining call records, following up with leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
- Explain property details, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Generate and qualify leads; fix appointments/site visits.
- Maintain accurate call and CRM records.
- Follow up with clients and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller (real estate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
