Telecaller (Interior Designer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our interior design firm. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role will involve reaching out to leads, understanding their requirements, and scheduling appointments for our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential clients from the provided database or leads list
• Explain our interior design services and offerings clearly and persuasively
• Understand customer requirements and pass qualified leads to the sales/design team
• Schedule appointments or site visits for interior design consultations
• Maintain a record of all calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools or Excel Sheets
• Follow up on previous calls to build client relationships and close leads
• Handle basic queries or direct them to the appropriate team member

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [Language(s): e.g., English & Hindi]
• Good telephone etiquette and listening skills
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Confident, polite, and patient personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
