Telecaller in Jaipur

As a Telecaller at Hridaya Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales efforts. Your role will be crucial in reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and ultimately closing sales. Your proficiency in both spoken Hindi and English will be key in effectively communicating with a wide range of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls to introduce our products and services, and provide relevant information to interested customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on ways to improve sales performance.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote them to customers.
